We’re Temporarily Closing Our Stores

To our American Girl community,

There is no higher priority than the health and well-being of our employees and customers. With the growing concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are temporarily closing all of our American Girl retail stores in the U.S., effective Monday, March 16. We’ll actively monitor the situation in the coming days, and we currently plan to reopen the stores on Friday, March 27.

We are also contacting all guests who have an upcoming store reservation to rebook for a future date and refund any prepayments.
