When Bekah and Derrick Quirin set out on the Appalachian Trail, they had more in their packs than shelter, food, and the necessities. For 2,190 miles, they carried their one-year-old daughter. Recently, we joined this family for a mellower adventure—car camping in CA—to get this power camping couple’s take on the latest gear.
