Highly weather-resistant and stubbornly tough, the Black Hole® Duffel 45L by Patagonia protects your gear from travel and rough handling. The main compartment opens via a zippered U-shaped lid, which has a pair of zip-closing mesh pockets on the underside for easily misplaced items like your headlamp and phone charger (we’ve all been there). Made from a 900-denier polyester ripstop with a TPU-film laminate and DWR finish, Patagonia’s Black Hole® Duffel 45L is highly fortified from the abusive rigors of travel and the inclement weather you’ll encounter along the way.

Patagonia’s Black Hole® Duffel is the largest of its kind and meant for those long, gear-intensive trips where you just aren’t sure what you might need! Its padded bottom panel adds structure and helps cushion the load when your duffel gets the baggage-handler treatment, and carrying options include padded removable shoulder straps to be toted as a pack, or webbing handles with a snap closure and haul loops at either end to facilitate linking multiple bags. Four daisy chains also let you lash additional gear to the outside … just in case there wasn’t room enough already.
