PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Enrollment in the clubbebe Rewards Program is only available at bebe stores and bebe outlet stores in the 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico and Canada and online. Membership is subject to cancellation if no points are earned for at least 18 months. Points and reward(s) are not transferable or redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase gift cards or be applied towards shipping and handling charges or other fees. Rewards can be used for purchases on bebe.com and bebeoutlets.com and must be used within 60 days after earned. For in-store purchases, rewards must be used within 60 days after earned and photo I.D. must be presented to redeem. bebe is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards. No credit and/or refund of rewards will be issued for returns. Subject to change, bebe may roll out ways to reward you additional points for completing various actions or give you special benefits when you earn a certain number of points. You can find a list of benefits, actions and points to be awarded by signing into your clubbebe account and going to your dashboard on bebe.com. bebe disclaims any and all warranties and limits any and all liabilities including but not limited to any loss, claim or damage of any kind arising out of or related to your use of or membership in the program. You must maintain a valid email address to check points online. Points may take up to 72 hours from the purchase or shipment date to be updated, and members shall have 45 days from the purchase or shipment date to dispute any claimed amount.
PROGRAM AGREEMENT
By enrolling and using the program you agree to be bound by bebe's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which can be found on bebe.com, and the full clubbebe Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www. bebe.com/clubbebe and can also be provided upon request at bebe stores where enrollment in the clubbebe Rewards Program is made available. You also agree to resolve any claims relating to the clubbebe Terms and Conditions through binding confidential arbitration and that any claims brought by you must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. bebe reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, cancel or terminate the program and the Terms and Conditions at any time. If clubbebe changes its Terms and Conditions, it may send an email notice of the change to the member and clubbebe may post any updates or notices of change on its website. California law applies.
