Time to retool and improve.

The Inner Circle program was originally conceived of as a way to reward our customers for their patronage and loyalty. Over the years, we’ve had some very devoted users of the program with millions of points earned and redeemed. But the program also had its faults, some of which (like an error-prone tracking system and poor user interface) may have caused some frustrations for many of you.

So we’re going to say goodbye to The Inner Circle for now. Our plan is to take the lessons learned and customer feedback provided from this incarnation of The Inner Circle to build a better and more useful loyalty program in the future. Keep an eye out for it.

For existing Black Lapel customers, the last day to earn and use points in The Inner Circle will be Tuesday, 12/18/2018 at 11:59PM ET. Afterwards, the program will be retired and any points remaining will no longer be able to be redeemed for gift cards. Any gift cards previously earned can still be used to shop at blacklapel.com. The Refer-a-Friend program will still exist and can be found in the My Account section of your Black Lapel profile. The ability to review products will be temporarily suspended but will be reintroduced in January. All other aspects of your Black Lapel account will remain unchanged.
