Editor’s picks | These colourful Kodu-Chairs are an extension of Austrian sculptor Franz West’s artistic practice. The canvas, once belonging to legendary dealer Paul Durand-Ruel, evokes a spring morning in the locale also frequented by Pissarro and Renoir. In Le quadrige renversé, from 1929, we find an upturned chariot with a tangle of figures and horses, creating a dynamic and intriguing composition. VIEW LOT Price on request Private Sales | | | |
