TO OUR COMMUNITY

We’re shutting things down for a few days, companywide.

We’ve sent our people home asking that we all consider why we are doing this – we have families, we have friends, we have each other. If limited contact keeps our community safest, that is what we will do.

We plan on keeping our folks home until Friday, March 27. We are revisiting that topic daily. As of today, this is a week-by-week scenario.

Right now, this includes our website orders and our people who fulfill them. Without anyone there, we are asking that you hold off on mailing a warranty claim or return to us as no one is there to safely receive it. We will resume that effort once we return to the Mill.

To be clear, this closure is at all levels of the business. Those who can work from home will continue to do so as best they can. Our customer and dealer service teams will continue to take calls and chats, albeit from home.

The Mill will be closed, and we are taking care of our family. We encourage you to do the same. There are 340 people at the Mill who thank you for your business and loyalty.

Stay tuned, and we will return to full operations when we know it’s the best thing to do.
