She has successfully managed teams in leadership roles with Ernst & Young and Prudential Financial. In 2016, Al-Nesha founded ASE Group and has been providing accounting, tax, compliance, and system design/implementation services to individuals, small businesses, and non-profits to deliver tax preparation, tax planning, IRS Collections Representation, bookkeeping, full-service payroll (including reporting), budgeting, and compilations.
