Prince Harry has become an outspoken critic of social media platforms and the misinformation and hate speech that they encourage. In a wide-ranging interview with Fast Company, he reacted to social media's role in the Capitol riot and explained why he thinks that the next step is accountability—both for social platforms and for the rest of us.

"There also has to be common, shared accountability. We can call for digital reform and debate how that happens and what it looks like, but it’s also on each of us to take a more critical eye to our own relationship with technology and media."

Read more of the interview, in which the Duke of Sussex addresses why he's so personally invested in building a better digital world, here.
