First, some good news (or what passes as good news these days): Italy’s coronavirus deaths seem to be slowing down, and yesterday saw the lowest daily increase in deaths in the past 6 days with 727 new fatalities reported. As Europe continues to fight its way out of the center of the pandemic, fatalities in the U.S. are only increasing. In New York, Governor Cuomo says that the hardest-hit state only has 6 days of ventilators left in its stockpile as cases rise above 90,000 in the region.
