When Forbes joined the remote workforce in mid-March, I thought we’d be back in the office come April. Nearly four months later, and our return is still a long way off, because that’s what makes sense for our organization. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to reopening offices, and as a leader, you have to do what’s best for your employees. As you craft your unique plan, here are seven questions worth considering.

For example, do you even need to return to the office? If your employees have been able to operate business as usual over the past few months, just imagine how effective they’d be working from home without the stress of a pandemic.
