For a customized box, if the order value, before discount and taxes, is less than $35 the discount does not apply. The discount will be proportionally applied to all items received in the box. The $25 monthly styling fee is waived for a new member's first box. For all subsequent months of the subscription, the $25 monthly styling fee is only charged if all items are returned. There is no minimum term for the subscription. Users can cancel their subscription without any fees during each period beginning seven days after receiving a box and ending 48 hours after the start of the preview period.
