We've updated our Terms of Use. The updates we’ve made will be effective for existing users as of September 16, 2020. We encourage you to read them in their entirety, but we wanted to highlight a few key updates:

  • We have consolidated and simplified all terms and conditions related to purchases and use of the website and related applications into one global Terms of Use.
  • We have updated the contracting entity for EU customers to be GoPro Inc.
  • We have updated the binding arbitration and class action waiver section for US customers.
  • If you are a current PLUS subscriber and you reside in Philippines, India, Puerto Rico, Ukraine, Virgin Islands (USA), Isle of Man, Oman, Moldova, Jersey, Egypt, Lebanon, Andorra, Sri Lanka, Jamaica, Gibraltar, Bahrain, Haiti, San Marino, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guernsey, El Salvador, Belarus, Macedonia, Martinique, Antigua and Barbuda we can no longer ship to these countries and so you will not be eligible to receive the mounts and accessories discounts as a subscriber.
