It's nearly summer, the season of sweating more and wearing less. If getting in shape or getting stronger were on your to-do list for the year, it's not too late to get started on a workout regimen or register for that half marathon. In fact, now's the *perfect* time to get into it, before it gets too brain-meltingly hot outside.

Alternatively, if you got started in January but you've recently hit a rut, I think about this idea from a story we did last summer: ABA, or "always be adding." That could mean tacking on an extra quarter-mile to your run, incorporating yoga into your weekly workout routine, skipping the second drink at happy hour, or getting some extra sleep.
