Wondering what the new 75 Hard fitness trend is all about and whether you should try it? You've come to the right place. Allow David Larbi, the host of Mindful Moments podcast, to explain.

Larbi's focus was on weight training and not much else. Wanting to challenge himself and broaden his fitness horizons, the 26-year-old turned to 75 Hard, one of the many new fitness trends floating around on the internet.
Not only did Larbi try it, but a few months after finishing, he’s still kept in shape. Here’s what he learned along the way, and his advice to set you on your own 75-day levelling up odyssey.

Here’s how to get started.
