As a Partnership, we know that when people work together, extraordinary things can be achieved.

In the past weeks, thousands of John Lewis Partners have joined their Waitrose colleagues to get food supplies to those who need them most.

Enabling us to do more for frontline NHS workers, providing priority check-outs, essential care packages to hundreds of NHS hospitals, and additional support at the Nightingale in London.

And to do more for our elderly and vulnerable customers, offering priority delivery slots and dedicated shopping hours.

As we head into Easter weekend, I want to thank every Partner for their personal and unwavering commitment, and every customer for their patience and cooperation.

We know we still have more to do - for example, there are many vulnerable people who still can’t get home deliveries - but we, as Partners, are working round the clock to address this, and we are absolutely committed to being with you every step of the way.
