To redeem this voucher in-store you must scan your My John Lewis membership card. 5. This offer is not redeemable over the telephone. 6. All products are subject to availability and we will not take pre-payment for items awaiting stock delivery. 7. For online purchases this reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code offer and is single use only. Once used this will not be able to be used again. 8. Age restrictions apply to certain products. 9. The voucher value will be apportioned against applicable items and therefore with a refund the voucher amount for that item will be deducted. For example, once the threshold of £150 is reached. If 1 product makes up 50% of your total basket value then 50% of the £15 reward (£7.50) reward will be redeemed against this product. This reward will be continued to be apportioned across qualifying products in the basket. This will be reflected in any refund for returned items. 10. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 11. The £150 spend threshold will be assessed after any other discount has been applied to the basket. This includes Partner discount applied to your order if applicable. 13.
