General Enrollment Terms Abbreviated: By enrolling in the Kiehl's Rewards Program you agree to comply with the Rewards Terms which may be modified by Kiehl's at any time without notice. Only one Kiehl's Rewards Program account may be associated with a single email address. To enroll, you must provide your full name, email address and mailing address. Qualifying Rewards Program purchases can be made only at Kiehl's Retail Stores, Kiehls.com, Kiehl's Spa 1851, and Kiehl's Barber Shop. Purchases at Kiehl's counters in department stores, Kiehl's Airport Locations, Kiehl's by Mail, other third party retailers or etailers are not eligible for the Kiehl's Rewards program. The member year starts the day the customer enrolls in Kiehl's Rewards and lasts for 365 days. Customers are eligible for an annual $10 Reward for every 100 points they accumulate during their member year, up to 3 per member year. Reward Certificates will available in the customer’s account the next day after the qualifying purchase. Rewards Offers are valid for 60 days from eligibility/issuance and cannot be re-used, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and must be redeemed in full, in a single purchase. Rewards Offers are not valid for use towards the purchase of Kiehl's gift cards or egift cards, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax or shipping charges or combined with any other promotions, coupons, or program discounts. Rewards Offers may be redeemed one time per member year and may not be applied to previous purchases. Promotion has no cash value. Kiehl's employees and its affiliates are excluded.
