Coronavirus Update - Partial Support / Returns Shutdown


Kono’s support office is suspending all shipping and receiving until a state-mandated shelter in place order expires. It is expected to last at least 3 weeks. Email support will stay open.

Any orders on the site will continue shipping from our third-party warehouse (with a slight delay) unless it closes as well. We will keep you updated as the situation progresses.

You can still return items, as they will be held at our PO Box, but please don’t break laws or self-quarantine guidelines to do so. We’ll work with you individually if there are timeline concerns. Returns processing will be delayed when it starts back up; most packages will be quarantined for 3-5 days before processing begins. Apologies for the inconvenience.
