| “Balenciaga just won Paris Fashion Week SS22,” i-D declared back in October. As Demna sent editors, celebrities and influencers down a red-carpet catwalk for the premiere of a Balenciaga x Simpsons episode, Balenciaga reimagined what a fashion show can be. Ultimately, it reminded us that fashion can be fun and that the show never stops, so as the collection drops at LN-CC, we can have our own red carpet whenever, wherever. The message is to dress up, strike a pose and make an entrance in pure Demna. Now is the time for big silhouettes, oversized puffers, chunky cybergoth footwear and your picks of grungy streetwear and tuxedo tailoring. | | | |

JUST LAUNCHED: ADIDAS x DEADHYPE | | |
| After deadHYPE first reworked the adidas ZX 8000 as part of adidas' A to ZX celebration, Highsnobiety justifiably celebrated the debut collaboration as “anti-hype and for the community”. Everything the Berlin-based collective creates is an antidote to hype and a celebration of often overlooked talent. At a time in which collaborations are ubiquitous, particularly in the sneaker world, deadHYPE reminds us just how powerful a good collaboration can be. | | | |
|
| ZX 8000 | For spring/summer 22, deadHYPE develops its symbiotic relationship with the three-stripe sportswear giant with an all-black everything version of adidas ZX 8000. As the upper combines water-resistant GORE-TEX technology and butter-soft nubuck leather, this release is all about soft-power luxury. | | | | |
