Lucky Brand Introducing the Lucky Brand Credit Card Program

1) The Lucky Brand Rewards Program is provided by Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC, which is solely responsible for its operation. Lucky Brand may change the terms of the Rewards Program at any time.  The Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card is issued by Comenity Capital Bank. Subject to credit approval.

 

2) New Lucky Brand customers who enroll in the Lucky Brand Rewards Program will receive 10% off their first eligible Lucky Brand purchase made the same day they enroll. Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Cardholders will receive 15% off their first Lucky Brand purchase.  Subject to credit approval. To qualify for this offer you must (1) apply and be approved the same day for a Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card, and (2) make qualifying purchases the same day you open your Rewards Credit Card account upon approval. Combinable with other offers and discounts, except the 5% Off Rewards Credit Card Discount, the Lucky Brand employee discount, and other new customer offers. Not valid on gift cards, shipping and handling or taxes. Offer is not combinable with storewide sale events. Offer subject to change. Limit one (1) account opening discount per customer. 3) Receive an extra 5% off each subsequent purchase made using your Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card, or opt in to donate the extra 5% off at checkout either in-store or online. Combinable with other offers and discounts, except the Lucky Brand employee discount, unless offer expressly states otherwise. Not valid on gift cards or prior purchases. Each time you opt in, 5% of the total purchase price (before taxes and fees) of your purchase made using the Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card will be donated to Communities In Schools through July 23, 2019, with a minimum commitment of $50,000. Donations will be made by Lucky Brand and is not tax deductible by you. After July 23, 2019, Lucky Brand may select a new charity to receive donations in its sole discretion. 4) Account must be in good standing and active within 12-month period. Your Birthday Surprise depends on Tier status. Restrictions, limitations and exclusions apply. 5) Cardholders must be enrolled in the Lucky Brand Rewards Program provided by Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC to earn Points. Points determine Tier status and are not redeemable. Tier status determined by total number of Points accumulated and maintained annually, beginning February 1 and ending the following January 31. Annual requalification is required. Members will earn Points for qualifying purchases (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping, minus returns) made at Lucky Brand stores and at luckybrand.com.  Please not there is a 15-day delay in the spend calculation that places you in your Tier.
