Hello,

We're writing to let you know about unusual activity related to your lululemon account. We believe that an unauthorized third party outside of lululemon obtained your login details (email address and password) from a source unknown to lululemon and used them to access your lululemon account between July 25th and July 27th. This can happen when you use the same password for multiple online services and one of those services is breached.

As a result, we're asking you to create a new password for your online account.

Please be assured that your financial information isn't at risk, as we don't store full credit or debit card information within your account.

What information was involved?
Based on our investigation, we believe that an unauthorized third party may have had access to information stored in your lululemon account profile. Again, we want to assure you that we don't store full credit/debit card information in your account.

What should I do?
Your lululemon password has been deactivated. If you haven't reset your password since July 27th, use the "Forgot password" link to create a new password the next time you visit our app or website. For additional support, contact our Guest Education Centre at 1-877-263-9300.

If you're using the password from your deactivated lululemon account on other accounts, we recommend changing it on those accounts as well.
