| A slow-growing tropical wood that’s naturally black in color, ebony is sleek and dense enough to sink when dropped in water. It’s on bold display in these chopsticks from Kent Wang. Handcrafted in traditional Chinese style, they have square handles and round, non-tapered tips. They’ve been used in many restaurants, including the three-star Michelin restaurant, Benu, in San Francisco. Each set of chopsticks is carved by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
