Dear Mr EmailTuna,

In light of the uncertainty with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to reassure all our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines. Our priority is the safety of our customers, employees and partners.

Packaging
We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.

Premier deliveries and collections
When delivering orders and collecting returns, our drivers are regularly washing their hands and carrying hand sanitiser. We are monitoring their health and wellbeing very closely. Our fleet of vans are also being disinfected daily and deep cleaned once a week to maintain upmost cleanliness.

Third Party deliveries
Our Global Safety & Security team is monitoring the situation and continues to work very closely with our shipping partners and aims at making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.

We will continue to do our utmost to serve our customers and partners to the highest delivery standard possible, throughout this entire period.
