Nixon Introducing SeaTrees: our new nonprofit partner

We're stoked to announce a new partnership with SeaTrees, an arm of the nonprofit organization Sustainable Surf that's focused on reforesting our oceans.

For all of April, when you shop for products made from recycled ocean plastic at Nixon, we'll donate a portion of that sale to SeaTrees to plant mangrove trees in the Biak Region of West Papua in Indonesia. Every 1 Sustainable Product sold = 1 mangrove tree planted!

Why is reforesting the ocean important? For starters, mangrove trees sequester 5-10 times more CO2 out of the atmosphere per hectare than tropical rainforests! Learn more about why we support this cause at our blog.
