Dark Elf Village Fourth Villager Camilla 1/6 Scale Figure

Beautiful but finicky
Another entry in the Elf Village Series, but this time on the Dark Elf side.

Mataro knocks it out of the park again with the design, but I feel like the pose is a little stiff and not as dynamic as it could've been. I also wish her hair didn't obstruct so much of her, and instead flowed further away from her body so we can see the twist in her torso better.

I've also found her to be a bit more finicky to put together than previous figures in the line. Her straps for her top are quite loose unless you use the included stickies, but I'd recommend blutac to avoid the stickiness it might leave behind on the figure. Her mask is also a HUGE pain to remove, as it requires you to remove her hair first which is EXTREMELY tight. I'm aware the limited editions usually have alternate faceplates that require the hair to be removed, but the only other one I got with that feature is Lulunia, and she did not feel as difficult to swap out. With such a small surface area and features you need to be delicate with, it is extremely difficult to get a good grip; I highly recommend using a spudger to help. I'm seriously considering shaving the pegs for her hair down since it's just too tight.

Once she's set up tho, she's gorgeous to behold, and a welcome edition to the series.
