
There are several ways you can brand your orders, and the easiest ones are free! So why not try them out?
Add a free custom sticker on your packages
All packages sent to your customers can be marked with your custom sticker. Most people go with their brand logo, but the design is up to you! If you go sticker-less, your packages won’t have any branding (even ours).
Max size is 3″x2″ (WxH), and the sticker must be in black and white, no gradients. Upload it under Dashboard-> Stores -> Edit -> Packing Slip.
Add a free personalized message
Every package contains a packing slip (invoice) for the customer. No sign of Printful on it, but there's a blank space for a custom message (max 300 characters)! Go to Dashboard-> Stores -> Edit -> Packing Slip.
Add a branded pack-in to your orders
Pack-ins are small items like flyers, business cards, or stickers (we print ours at Sticker Mule — sign up from this link and get $10 in credit!). Mail us your pack-ins for storage, and we’ll add them to all your orders.
Note that this option isn’t free, it costs $0.75/order, and $0.85/day for storage. For more, go to Dashboard -> Stores -> Edit -> Order Pack-Ins.
Take your brand to the next level
You can use Printful’s Warehousing & Fulfillment service to showcase the versatility of your brand. Sell your non-Printful products in your online shop, store them at our warehouse, and we’ll pack and ship them for you!
Your store policies
Now's also the time to think about the store policies that will shape your brand. Will you accept refunds/exchanges? What about free shipping? Check out our shipping and returns policy template, and feel free to copy/paste it to your store, or use it as a base for your own policies.
