How PG is addressing COVID-19
PromGirl
A message from our CEO to the PromGirl community:
We have always put you, our customers, at the center of all that we do. As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, I wanted to reach out to assure you that we are doing everything we can to limit the disruption for our customers, while ensuring the safety of our colleagues, customer service and distribution center teams.
Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected. Here at PromGirl, we have increased the sanitation of all offices, pop-up shops, and our distribution center, and we are practicing social distancing as we navigate through this one day at a time. We will continue to implement all guidelines recommended by the CDC. As of now, coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected many retailers, including the prom dress industry. Depending on their origins, special order products may be delayed and there may be a shortage of prom dresses because fabrics and goods are unable to ship from overseas.
The coronavirus has caused us to live in uncertain times in which things are changing on a daily basis. Schools are closing, and it is possible that proms may be canceled altogether. With more than 20 years of experience, we know how special prom is, and we want you to be able to plan your prom with excitement and confidence.
Whether you’re shopping now, or in the future when your school reopens, we’re here for you. PromGirl has thousands of dresses in stock and ready to ship to you immediately from our U.S. distribution center. For additional questions about how COVID-19 affects shipments, visit our FAQ. If you have any questions about a current or future order, please feel free to contact us.
We wish you and your family good health today and every day. We’re all in this together.
As always, thank you for being a valuable PromGirl customer.
Sincerely,
David Wilkenfeld
CEO
