This is a very difficult and uncertain time for our country and for the world. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain hopeful that through the combined efforts of healthcare professionals, emergency responders, and the public and private sector, this pandemic will be overcome in the near future.

Our overriding commitment is to the health and safety of our customers and our employees. We want to share with you the efforts we are making to try to accomplish that goal.

Our Stores

Some stores are temporarily closed because State and/or Local Governments have ordered the closure of non-essential businesses. For customers in those communities, you still may shop online at www.rainbowshops.com. And, if you have purchased merchandise at stores that are closed, or you are unable to return to a store because you must stay home, please be assured that we are relaxing and extending our return and exchange policy.

We have shared with our store management important information based on CDC guidance on proper hygiene and cleaning techniques.

Any employee who is sick, or exhibiting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, or has been in contact with anyone who exhibits symptoms of the virus, is being directed to stay home.

We have reduced store operating hours. In general, during this period, stores will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; normal business hours on Saturday; and from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. If a mall or shopping center has shorter hours, or a government directive limits hours of operation, we will of course follow those directives.

Packing and shipping quality standards at our online fulfillment center are monitored regularly to ensure safe and healthful practices.

During this time, we are extending the period to return or exchange merchandise purchased online to sixty (60) days, instead of thirty (30) days.
