How do I take part in a re-draw?

First of all, make sure you have the latest version of the IOS/Android app, just check your app store and have a look if an update is available. If not, you are almost there.
Now, ensure that your account details have been filled out correctly (personal information, shoe size, method of payment, delivery address).
It's time to sign up. But, upon signing up to a draw, make sure the "Re-draw" box is checked; in that case, you will be part of a new draw of unpicked in-store or delayed pairs.
That's it, now keep an eye on your email account for pick-up/delivery information, fingers crossed!
