The new Burner feature – a part of SuuntoPlus™ – shows the percent of energy burned from fat and includes the current energy consumption by hour for both fat and carbohydrates. Burner metrics are dynamic, updating live as your exercise intensity ramps up and down. Checking Burner metrics during and after exercise can better inform you of your body’s needs for your next training effort. To take advantage of this feature, simply select, start and sweat! |

You can add the Burner* tile to your favorite sports using the following steps: Before you start an exercise recording, press the lower button to open the sport mode options. Scroll to SuuntoPlus™ and press the middle button. Scroll to Burner and press the middle button. Scroll up to the start view and start your exercise as normal. During exercise, press the middle button until you reach the Burner display to view the burn rate of fat and carbohydrates per hour. After you have stopped the exercise recording, you can find the Burner results in the summary. *Burner is available on all Suunto 3, 5, and 9 models. |
