 | Hello Teen Vogue fam,
It's Phill — the chief content officer! I'm sending you a special message about the upcoming Teen Vogue Summit we're hosting here in New York in just a couple of weeks.
As you may or may not know, this is a pretty major election year for our country! Even though we're not voting for a President, we ARE voting for local lawmakers who help to impact key and important decisions that affect you in your schools, doctor's offices, and backyards.
We spend a lot of our time here at Teen Vogue reporting on how young people want to change our country and its inequities for the better. But we cannot do that unless we vote.
I'm so excited to welcome badasses like Emma González, Amandla Stenberg, Rowan Blanchard, and more to the stage to help give you the tools and wisdom you need to inform your vote and enhance your activism. And after you're done getting inspired, we'll be providing hands-on workshops and action opportunities from political and social justice leaders to help you be a part of the change that's happening right now.
Beyond that, though? You'll get to hang with the best people I know — Teen Vogue's whole, beautiful team! — and meet like-minded people in a powerful couple of days that's bound to leave you inspired.
(Oh, yeah, and Dear Evan Hansen is performing.)
I hope to see you there. It's time to Turn Up.
