Dear clients and friends,

We hope this email finds you safe and well.

The health and wellbeing of our clients and of our employees is of the utmost importance to us. With this in mind, we wanted to send you some of the precautionary measures we are taking during this challenging time.

Production times on existing orders and last mile deliveries

• At present there has been minimal impact to production times for existing orders and we are continuing to meet deadlines as planned.
• Air freight capacity however has recently been reduced and we are working with our partners closely to mitigate the impact of this.
• We expect there to be some slight delays in the coming weeks, caused by factors which are beyond our control and we will continue to update you on your order, as soon as more information becomes available.
• All of our home delivery teams are following best protective practices, as outlined by the World Health Organisation.

Showrooms

• We are following local guidelines with regards to showroom closures. Please check the status of your local showroom and contact details here.
• In the event of a closure, our showroom teams can still be contacted remotely to ensure we continue to offer the levels of service for which we are renowned. If you would prefer to book a private consultation in our showroom or for a video call with a member of our design team, please email your existing showroom contact or find details here.
• Please note that The Rug Company operates with a large amount of stock, so rugs can continue to be purchased from our showrooms and online with fast delivery times.
