STEP 1

Choose Your Inspiration

Gather your lockdown inspiration – whether it’s a photo of a tattoo, a piece of wallpaper, or simply a hand-drawn sketch.

STEP 2

Contact Our Design Team

Organize a personal consultation with one of our highly experienced design team consultants here. Your local representative will be in touch to guide you through the process.

STEP 3

Select Colors, Quality, Materials & Size

Once you have decided on your design, a member of our design team will help you to choose the right colors, quality and materials for your rug and budget.

STEP 4

Approve Artwork

& Samples

Our in-house designers will create a final artwork to illustrate the scale of your design and it is possible to order a sample crafted by our weavers. Once approved by you, the area rug will be put into production in our weaving houses in Nepal.

STEP 5

Your Design is Handcrafted

The artwork design is then transformed into a rug by our master craftsmen in 8-12 weeks for handtufted or handloomed designs and 16-24 weeks for handknotted rugs. You can read more about the handknotted process here.

STEP 6

Your Area Rug is Delivered & Installed

Day of arrival! Our team will agree a convenient delivery date with you and if possible the area rug will be carefully installed by our delivery team into your home to enjoy.
