Scientists have created artificial snakeskin to help a snake-like robot move. I have mixed feelings. Snakes are creepy and kind of scary. I don't necessarily think a robot snake is any less scary. But it's probably cuter? Yeah, it's cuter.

Also maybe this means we'll get real, moving artificial snakeskin pets. Like Poochie or Aibo, but snakes. Great!
