My colleague Chris Welch put up his review of Ikea's Symfonisk speakers, and they're fascinating. The gist of the speakers is that they offer Sonos' top-notch multiroom audio at the lowest prices they've ever been, in form factors that blend into a room instead of standing out.

As someone who's been a fan of Sonos for a while, I love the idea. Seamless music anywhere in a house or apartment, at a fraction of the price of Sonos' (admittedly excellent) expensive hardware? Sounds great. If only I hadn't already bought a pair of Sonos One speakers last year...
