Swiping on Tinder is boring. What can you really glean from a photo? That your date drinks La Croix? That they're fluent in sarcasm and love to travel? Tinder doesn't give users much to go off. Now, the company is testing GIFs that might give people a better idea of what their potential dates are into. Users can make a GIF of themselves that'll play instead of a main profile photo. 

I have no idea what could make a good GIF. Maybe some sort of beach content would be good, or maybe you out dancing? I wish I could offer professional dating app advice here, but the guinea pig testers are going to have to report back for the rest of us.
