Want to go down an awful internet rabbit hole? Try researching any basic fitness information online. I've been making some cursory efforts to try to get a little more in shape lately, so I did what I usually do and took to the internet to find out more.

It's times like this that the insane information density of the internet is just kind of overwhelming, and fitness information might be the worst of it. There are so many conflicting posts, videos, and pieces of information that instead of getting more informed, I just ended up hopelessly confused and watched Netflix instead. At least you know where you're at with Netflix.

Now, if only fitness was as simple as streaming...
