My mom loves the Super Bowl. She hates football, but she loves advertising. I don't love the Super Bowl, and I don't love commercials. I mute my TV when ads start. But I'll go to any Super Bowl party because I attend for various dips, mini hot dogs, and the crew of people who ended up at a party for the same reasons as me.

This is all to say that the Super Bowl is coming. It's this weekend. Did you know? Amazon already released its ads, one of which features Cardi B (!!) as the voice of Alexa. I wish this was reality. You should check out Cardi B's Instagram if you haven't before. She's charming and real! She's great.

Maybe I'll watch the Super Bowl this year, but only for the food. And for more Cardi B. And for Justin Timberlake! OMG I LOVE JUSTIN.
