Timbuk2 | San Francisco
Dear Timbuk2 Community,

2019 not only marks the end of the decade, but also the end of our 30th year in business, and what a transformative year it has been. Looking back on the past three decades, we move forward with a keen eye on the past and future, understanding where we’ve excelled and how we can improve. As we celebrate our triumphs, we also recognize there is plenty more we can do. 2020 offers us the opportunity to foster a greater sense of inclusion and support both inside and outside of our community.

At Timbuk2, we build our bags to last a lifetime, not only so you can carry them longer, but also so less of them end up in our landfills. Through our sustainability programs, we are proud to report that tens of thousands of bags have been either repaired or repurposed. We take our commitments seriously and plan to continue pushing the status quo in 2020.

As our brand grows, so does our desire to understand your needs, and we are stoked to bring you more of what you love this year, including a new, inspired approach to conquering the urban landscape. This means expanding to new cities across the Atlantic and understanding how we can better meet the carry needs of our European neighbors.

Thanks for hanging out with us, thanks for making us a part of your lives. It’s easier than ever to let your voices be heard, so let us know what we’re doing right and what we can do better. Stop by our stores and say hello, or even shoot us a DM! We are here to listen, because Timbuk2 was never about bags. It’s about what the bags made possible: our community — you.

With gratitude and good health,
Patti Cazzato, CEO
