So nice, we'll use it twice - We're pretty savvy when it comes to leftovers (a la upcycled fabric scraps and closed-loop manufacturing). Here's how we're getting the most out of our holiday use.
Delivery boxes: Nothing like a good box. Flatten them out and stash for next year or get creative and build a slide.
Food scraps: Food scraps offer plenty of possibilities. Donate, eat, or turn them into a stew that can be frozen and enjoyed for weeks.
Glass bottles: Proceed with caution, but glass bottles (wine bottles particularly) make excellent candles.
Wine (from the bottles): Leftover wine will make all your cooking dishes come to life. Pour it in, cook it off, and watch the flavor explode.
