Dear SHEIN customer,

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best service to our valued customers, SHEIN website and mobile app visitors, and partners, we will be updating some of our policies. Effective August 1, 2021, an updated Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will be in place on SHEIN digital properties intended for use by individuals who reside in the United States.

Please note that, as part of an internal restructuring, your personal information and e-wallet assets will be transferred from our affiliated company to Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), as operator of the SHEIN Site and App in the United States, and SHEIN Distribution Corporation, which will license and use the Site and App to sell products to customers in the United States. Both are our affiliates. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may share your personal information within our organization for business maintenance, to provide services to you, and for personalization continuity purposes, for instance so that you may enjoy a personalized user experience across our digital properties.

Terms & Conditions:

● We have identified the entities operating as your contractual partner, which varies depending on your location.
● We have confirmed that if you reside in one country but order products to be shipped to another country, you may be redirected to the local website of the country to which the products are shipped and the Terms of that Site will govern.
● We have explained that certain wallet assets, such as wallet credits, gift cards and paid coupons, can only be redeemed on the regional site(s) on which they were acquired.
● We have explained that in the United States, wallet assets cannot be redeemed for cash.
● We have explained that in the United States, certain wallet assets, such as wallet credits, gift cards linked to an account and paid coupons cannot exceed a combined total of $2,000 on any given day, with the value limit of each of wallet credits, gift cards linked to an account and paid coupons to be provided or adjusted by us from time to time at our sole discretion.
Privacy Policy:

● We have identified the entities controlling the collection and processing of data in relation to selling of our products and the use of our websites and apps in local jurisdictions.
● We have updated information about our personal data collection and use practices, including descriptions of the types of entities with whom it may be shared, as well as your rights and control over your personal data, including in relation to digital advertising.
● We have provided more detail about how to update your communications preferences.
