The Paris men’s shows for spring 2026 start with a bang today: Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent hits the runway in the early evening, followed by Pharrell Williams’s Louis Vuitton just before sunset. Later this week, Jonathan Anderson will make his Dior Men debut, the details of which he’s been teasing online since the weekend, and Julian Klausner will present his first menswear collection for Dries Van Noten. But do you know what’s really giving me FOMO? The opening of the retrospective, “Rick Owens: Temple of Love,” at the Palais Galliera. Owens is my guest today on Vogue’s Run-Through podcast and he’s promising a “tender, gentle show,” one that features ephemera collected over a lifetime, including David Bowie’s Diamond Dogs album cover. Remembering stumbling across its “grotesque glamour” in the basement of Kmart, he says, “it showed me that there was a place I could go. It was a haven. And I think I’ve always thought if I could do that for somebody, that would be a life well lived.” Give the episode a listen! |
