To our Warby Parker community,
Since we reached out two weeks ago to announce the closure of our 120 stores through March 27, the COVID-19 pandemic has worsened in the U.S. and Canada. We know that each one of us has been affected by this global crisis, and we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
With the health and well-being of our retail employees and customers in mind, we have decided to keep our stores closed until it is responsible to reopen
In the meantime, Warby Parker’s mission remains the same: provide vision to the world. We are committed to continue to provide the essential products and services that you need to function day to day through our optical lab in Sloatsburg, NY, where we make your prescription glasses.
Our team is working diligently and doing everything in our power to ensure that we’re able to get you the glasses and contacts you need now, 
as well as when this uncertain time 
has passed.
Thank you for your continued patience and support. We look forward to personally reaching out to you when it is safe to reopen our doors. Until then, we’re here online to help when you need us.
