As you may recall, Wicked Weasel recently
held a charity auction on Ebay.
It was to auction off Box No.1 of 250
of the Wicked Weasel 25th Anniversary
Collector’s Edition Box.
The auction was a smashing success,
thanks to the incredible generosity of
the Wicked Weasel community.
There were so many bidders!
How phenomenal it is to be part of a
community filled with such kind-hearted
individuals.
And we’re excited to share that the winner
of the auction was Jeff M., of Bear, Delaware!
He picked the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital
to donate the $1750 USD of the final bid price
in light of the wildfires that devastated natural
habitats for so many of the forest’s wildlife.
This is what he had to say about his decision...
"Hi,
I’ve decided on a charity that I’d like to donate to.
I want the $1,750 to go to the Port Macquarie
Koala Hospital in Australia to help Koalas
who’ve been affected by the fires.
I am from the US, but absolutely love and
respect all that Australia is and it devastates
me to see all that is going on over there
right now. This donation will help feed koalas
and provide them with fresh water to drink...
I’ve never been to Australia, but your beautiful
land is in my thoughts and prayers.
