Every day at 6am Pacific, we launch dozens of new sale events, all filled with goodies from new and beloved brands, at prices too amazing to miss. Just be sure to move fast, because our sale events usually last for only three days.
Give a gift card! Sometimes the gift of shopping is the best gift of all. Surprise and delight someone you love by sending them a zulily gift card. Our gift cards are good for anything on zulily, and they never expire. Just go to your Account and select Gift Cards from the menu — once you complete your order, the card will reach the lucky recipient within 24 hours.
Remember to heart your favorites. Some days you want to browse, some days you just want to know if your favorite brands are on sale. That's why we make it easy to keep track of your top picks. Click the heart on a brand page, and next time that brand is available at zulily, we'll let you know.
Need to cancel an order? We know things don't always work out. If you change your mind about an item within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel it yourself by visiting the My Orders page in your account. From there, click "view/modify order" next to the order with the item(s) you'd like to cancel. Click on the "cancel" button next to each item you would like to cancel. If you would like to cancel after the 30-minute window, please contact us. As long as your items have not shipped, we are usually able to cancel items or orders. Personalized items and certain products shipped directly from our vendors are subject to special approval. |
