For the past four weeks, you've been tracking your VO2 max. Now itโs time to recalculate and see how much youโve improved!
Signs of progress: You can push yourself harder, for longer, and at faster speeds without feeling as tired or out of breath. As you keep challenging yourself, you'll start to see an increase in your VO2 max, showing that your body is becoming more efficient at using oxygen.
You can repeat the challenge as often as you like to keep the momentum going. Remember, consistency is key to progress.ย
