| Hello Zumba Lover! I’m writing this from the middle of ZINCON, our annual Zumba Instructor Convention, where thousands of instructors have gathered in Orlando to dance, learn, laugh, and connect with each other. In the middle of all this energy, I met Anne and her story stopped me in my tracks. She became a Zumba instructor last year. But just months earlier, Zumba wasn’t even on her radar. She showed up to a class by accident, unsure what to expect. But something clicked. “It became my favorite hour of the week,” she told me. “I felt like me again.” “This makes me happy.
