Anime Expo 2025 will be showcasing an Academia theme, inviting anime enthusiasts from across the world to gather from July 3rd to 6th, 2025 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Attendees will celebrate their favorite anime and stories in an educational and exhilarating campus environment. You won’t want to miss it!

General Registration:

Child Badge (6-13 years): $40 **Child badges are non-transferable and can only be purchased with another GA badge. Child badges should only be purchased by the parent or guardian who will be accompanying the child at Anime Expo.**

Badge Assignment:
If you purchase a General Attendee badge on behalf of another person, you will need to "transfer" the badge to them via your ShowClix account after you complete your order. Once you have transferred the badge to the intended badge holder and they have "accepted" it in their ShowClix account, the registration process is complete and each designated badge holder (attendee) will now have access to participate in exhibitor contests, giveaways, and prizes. Refund Policy:

All sales are final for all credential purchases and, therefore, non-refundable. All credentials are non-transferable to any other SPJA event.

Shipping Information:
Anime Expo will ship all 4-Day, 1-Day and Child credentials purchased between January 28, 2025 and June 10, 2025, within the United States (excluding minor outlying islands and territories) and Canada. International orders must be picked up onsite, starting July 2, 2025. Refer to our website for hours and maps.

Hotel Date Launch

Please beware of scammers and phishing emails! ConferenceDirect is the official housing provider for Anime Expo 2025. They are the only authorized platform to offer exclusive hotel rates for AX participants. If you book through a third-party website or directly with the hotel, any customer service inquiries must be directed to the booking service you used.

Mark Your Calendars

The 2025 Anime Expo Official Hotel Block will open for reservations starting January 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT (changed from January 21st). The AX Official Hotel Block is separated into the following groups: General Attendees, Exhibitors, and Artist Alley. Please note that while the hotel blocks for General Attendees, Exhibitors, and Artist Alley will open simultaneously, each group has its own hotel room allocation. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your room.

Booking Guidelines & Tips:

Have your Showclix Confirmation Number ready! Input your number into the Showclix Number Field when reserving.
A valid credit card is needed to make a reservation.
Reservations are non-transferrable.
Depending on the hotel, you must be at least 18 or 21 years of age to check into a room.
To avoid errors while booking your reservation, do not have the hotel booking site open in multiple tabs or windows.
Once you have selected your room nights, we recommend that you complete your personal and payment information within 5 minutes. If you do not complete the reservation within this time, your room nights may be taken by another attendee.

Cancellation:

Any reservations that are canceled after 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2025 will be assessed a $100 fee per room.
Earlier cancellations will help allow for as many attendees as possible to be able to utilize the available hotel space during Anime Expo 2025. Please note that all hotels’ respective policies will still apply. As such, cancellations made closer to your arrival date (48-72 hours or 7 days) will result in an increased fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
