Anime Expo 2025 General Registration and Hotel Block Opens!

Get ready to immerse yourself in the world of anime in a scholarly setting!

Anime Expo 2025 will be showcasing an Academia theme, inviting anime enthusiasts from across the world to gather from July 3rd to 6th, 2025 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Attendees will celebrate their favorite anime and stories in an educational and exhilarating campus environment. You won’t want to miss it!

The 2025 Anime Expo Official Hotel Block is now open for reservations! Note any reservations made prior to the official launch on January 28, 2025 at 1 PM PT will be canceled.

ConferenceDirect is the official housing provider for Anime Expo 2025. They are the only authorized platform to offer exclusive hotel rates for AX participants. If you book through a third-party website or directly with the hotel, any customer service inquiries must be directed to the booking service you used.

Booking Guidelines & Tips:

Have your ShowClix Confirmation Number ready! Input your number into the ShowClix Number Field when reserving.
A valid credit card is needed to make a reservation.
Reservations are non-transferrable.
Depending on the hotel, you must be at least 18 or 21 years of age to check into a room.
To avoid errors while booking your reservation, do not have the hotel booking site open in multiple tabs or windows.
Once you have selected your room nights, we recommend that you complete your personal and payment information within 5 minutes. If you do not complete the reservation within this time, your room nights may be taken by another attendee.

Cancellation:

Any reservations that are canceled after 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2025 will be assessed a $100 fee per room.
Earlier cancellations will help allow for as many attendees as possible to be able to utilize the available hotel space during Anime Expo 2025. Please note that all hotels’ respective policies will still apply. As such, cancellations made closer to your arrival date (48-72 hours or 7 days) will result in an increased fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
